Institutionalization of ASPIRE (Asian Scholarship Program inspiring Results & Excellence) providing financial support for the Asian American students attending Houston Community College.

Roundtable discussion forums with Asian American leaders and small business owners to address their workforce needs.

Fundraising events and establishment of the ASPIRE Endowment Program to give financial awards to deserving Asian American individuals.
